Why Does Translate.One Collect Personal Information through the Website?

The Personal Data collected from the website of the company and stored in the relevant database are intended to be used for the purposes mentioned above, ie for:

What Legal Basis Does Translate.One Have for Processing My Information?

Other Collection Purposes 

Through the legal basis of fulfilling a contractual obligation, Translate.One may use translation management software and/or client management software to store personal information as it relates to an order or invoicing. 

CAN-SPAM Act Adherence 

Our company is in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Congress passed the CAN-SPAM Act to curtail the rampant abuse of commercial e-mail messages. The act directs that any commercial e-mail message that contains false header information that can mislead recipients as to its origin, or any message sender using a computer without authorization with the intent to send multiple commercial e-mails is in violation of the law.

Translate.One commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information.

Translate.One will notify our customer or vendor and in certain situations may not be able to fully disclose data due to legal obligations.
