How We Use Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We aggregate data on users’ home servers for internal review purposes, in order to build higher quality, more useful online services. Following such internal review, such aggregated information is then superseded by more recent information.

CAN-SPAM Act Adherence

Our company is in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Congress passed the CAN-SPAM Act to curtail the rampant abuse of commercial e-mail messages. The act directs that any commercial e-mail message that contains false header information that can mislead recipients as to its origin, or any message sender using a computer without authorization with the intent to send multiple commercial e-mails is in violation of the law.

Translate.One complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. Translate.One has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Translate.One has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States.
