Managing Through Coronavirus
As the impact and spread of the coronavirus continues to evolve, Trustpoint. One is placing added emphasis on the health and welfare of its employees. With employees working across the country in its offices and review facilities, Trustpoint is monitoring directives and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (“CDC”) and other health organizations on the appropriate response to the coronavirus. Additionally, we are following directives and recommendations from both the federal and state governments to appropriately respond to our clients and our employees.
The World Health Organization has noted that “If you are not in an area where COVID-19 is spreading, or if you have not travelled from one of those areas or have not been in close contact with someone who has and is feeling unwell, your chances of getting it are currently low.” Out of an abundance of caution, however, Trustpoint has begun preparations for our employees to work remotely for an extended period, should the conditions dictate.
Trustpoint is committed to protecting the health and wellness of our employees while anticipating the needs of our clients. To minimize the disruption of business, we are continually exploring a multitude of options, including remote work solutions should the need arise to provide these options. If remote work is required for certain locations or requested by clients, we are prepared to provide our employees with access to our highly-secured environment, which will enable employees to work virtually from any remote location with an internet connection. All solutions leverage best in class AES-256 encryption complimented with two-factor authentication. All our data centers are ISO & SOC certified.
Our team is monitoring this situation closely, as the health of all of our employees, clients, and partners is of paramount concern to us, as is the continued provision of the highest quality of services that our clients have come to expect and deserve.
