Translate.One has installed an Information Security Management System that complies with ISO 27001 and is committed to:

• The satisfaction of its clients, through the provision of high-quality products and services according to their requirements.
• Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information processed, handled, maintained by electronic or physical means by the staff, information systems and external service providers with which the company cooperates.
• The timely and rapid identification and response of emergencies related to a breach (or suspected breach) of the security of company information.
• The protection of the company’s investment in information and communication technologies.
• Compliance with the requirements of Greek and European legislation in matters of personal data management, communication privacy, copyright, etc.
• The continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System, its effectiveness and performance in terms of ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information for the benefit of the company itself, its employees, clients and partners.

It is important for Translate.One to have the necessary resources to support the Information Security Management System and to provide the necessary knowledge to its staff on information security issues, utilizing their skills and competences.
