Translate.One is committed to the continuous development of its competencies through ongoing learning and adaptation in order to meet current and future customer needs, as well as applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Across the Translate.One group, top management has established, implemented, and maintains a Quality Management System, with individual Translate.One entities operating in alignment with and, where applicable, certified to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 17100:2015, ISO 18587:2017, and ISO 27001:2022. Management is committed to the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and the quality of the services provided.

Translate.One is committed to ensuring that customer needs and expectations are determined, understood, and fulfilled, with the objective of achieving and enhancing customer satisfaction. Effective communication with customers and relevant interested parties is maintained, and feedback is actively monitored and used as an input for improvement. Nonconformities and customer complaints are addressed through appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Top management communicates throughout the organization the importance of meeting customer requirements, quality objectives, and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The Quality Policy and quality objectives are established by management and provide the framework for setting, monitoring, and reviewing measurable quality objectives at relevant functions and levels. Management reviews quality performance, including internal audit results, as a means of evaluating process performance and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

Translate.One ensures the availability of the resources necessary to support the Quality Management System and maintains the competence and awareness of its personnel through appropriate training, knowledge sharing, and effective utilization of their skills and abilities. All personnel are required to understand and comply with the requirements of this Quality Policy and the provisions of the Quality Management System documentation.

The structure of the Quality Management System is defined in the Quality Manual. The organization continually monitors its quality performance and implements improvements where appropriate, using performance data, audits, risk-based thinking, and management review as key inputs.

This Quality Policy is communicated, understood, implemented, and maintained throughout the organization and is available to relevant interested parties. It is regularly reviewed by top management to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, and alignment with the strategic direction of Translate.One.
